The company was founded in 1971 by Dr. Josef Reisinger and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2021.
We are an international tax advising firm with a strong focus on digitalization.

Dr. Karin Reisinger

Dr. Karin Reisinger studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and received her doctorate on the subject of "The future development of the Vienna Stock Exchange in the euro capital market". She worked as an auditing assistant in several tax consultancy firms and also worked on preparing for IPOs in Munich.
After successfully passing the tax advisor exam and the management advisor exam, she worked as a lecturer on the subject of capital markets at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Danube University Krems.
She is the author of two IPO manuals (published in 2000 and 2002).
Since 2003 she has been running the auditing and tax consultancy firm of her late father together with MMag. Christian Kornprat.
MMag. Christian Kornprat
Auditor, tax advisor, managing partner, sworn and court-certified expert

MMag. Christian Kornprat has gone through all stages of the educational path of accountants since 1991 - from the employed auditing assistant to the tax consultant with power of attorney - and has worked independently as a managing partner of various tax consultancy and auditing companies, as well as external managing director of various commercial companies since 1999.
As a generally sworn and court-certified expert, he was and is engaged in the preparation of expert reports on behalf of the courts and other clients.
As an auditor, he is responsible for carrying out the legally required audits of annual financial statements and, together with Dr. Karin Reisinger the auditing and tax consultancy firm.
